These take place on a warm, massage couch in a softly lit room, gently scented with aromatherapy oils to ease you into a state of calm.

You can choose one of the following:

These points correspond to the organs and glands in the body. So by pressing and massaging these points it can stimulate energy pathways in the body.
🤲 Express Facial – introducing a quick cleanse exfoliated and facial massage, releasing any facial tension around your face finishing with a suitable moisturiser.
